Are you ditching the dad bond and goinghardcore this year? Is that what I'm hearing yeah I Yeu know, I started working out alittle bit last year. Just to try to you know, keep me from going crazyduring the pandemic or still in the pandemic, but I signed up with so Idon't know if anybody knows, but this guy's name is Don Saladino he'sactually the trainer for pretty much anybody. In Hollywood he trained Ryan Reynolds. He trained. I thinkChris Hemsworthy's training Sebastian Stan, who is the winter soldier, so hetrains all like a lot of th. The big names int Hollywood, so he has. He hasa program. Is a couple programs actually, but he got he has one on hiswebsite. I picked it up and Iltell you what man? It's kicking my butt, but thepoundsare coming off and I actually can start seeing some muscle, which issomething I haven't seen in quite some times, so I'm hi so so you're sexy is that what you'retrying to say I'm like average, I went for. I still have a little bitof a Daba, but you know, and also I've been watching my die because, like it,the workouts man there they're crazy. You know like they kick your butt andI'm putting a lot of work into that. So now I'm like well, if I'm doing thatmuch work, if I you know, die and exercise man, they go hand in hand. Soif you don't, you can work out as much as you want, but if you eat crap, youknow it's notyou're not going to see the results that you're looking for.You might get a little. You know get in better shape, get stronger or yeah yeahyou're, not gonna, see it. So now, I'm like you know what, if I'm putting inall that time and the working out and stuff like agood like hour and a half a day, I'm GOINTA watch what I eat to so youknow we'll see, we'll see what happens, but I like it it's Fin. It's changed myroutine from what it used to be. So it's a little different, but yeahdefinitely works man. It's definitely kicking my butt, so pretty stoked aboutit. Nice man keep it up. Thanks. Also,...

I'm like, I feel like I'm getting old and I feellike the more I exercise, the better I feel just in general caus. If, if Idon't exercise like my bag, will hurt, I'm like Ididn't do anything. You know I'll be like sitting in from my laptop all day.Doing my my nine to five and next thing I know I like stand up or like I try topick up one of my daughters up and all thi sudden Lik. My back goes out I'like what the hell happened but working out and stretching- and you know Ikeeps your keeps my back in shape to which is also good boy. That makes mefeel really fucking old, saying that humans are not supposed to be in frontof a computer for eight hours a day. You know this is true: I'd love theTeme, my boss, that I know I know I probably have at somepoint B T, but it's all about discipline getting in doing the puttingthe time in brand, I'm proud of a good job. What arewe talking about? This is a good one today, Infama by Snow Thi Song we'll get into it. But, yes, we aretalking about informer from Snow bechcause off the album twelve inchesof snow, which is an amazing such an amazing. Album ti good for him. You know that's what Isay, but this this came out on thousand nine hundredand ninety two and it was written by apparently a slew of people, EdmundO'Leary, Darren, O'Brien, Sean Malky, Terry Moltky and Geoffrey Silva, andthe song was produced by Mc Shan anyway over those song writers names. Can youguess which ones snow is like what his actual name is. I don't know his real name is darenKenneth, O'Brian and yeah he's not Jamaican guys he'slike not even close he's from Toronto,...

Canada. I Love Toronto. It's a greatplace. I just would not expect somebodysinging like this to be from Toronto. Canada, that's all hey! When you got the skills you know, but does he it's all right? I mean it's hard. Listen! CONLECTUST CAR US been your earto bend it bend the way. I can't pray, I'm reading the God. Damn lyrics and Ican't even say it. It's like it's like a x put on my brain. It's weird! NOYOU'RE RIGHT! I I really! I can't do it it's impossible. It's like the lyricsare like here's the lyrics, but then, when you listen to Im, I'm like that'snot what he's Sayi it's almost like. The lyrics are wrong or he's liketrying to trick us he's using some snow trickery. Ththe first line informer. You Know Sa Daddy, may nowssnow I go blick. You now say Ma hate, no se! I I can't do it dude. I can't doit II. It's weeks, I've been looking atthat stupid line and I can't do it. I can't freaking. Do it? Dude Tis is meto freak off yeah. This is probably not one o one of the songs Whi'll be doingat Karaoke. No, absolutely not yeah. You know what it is. I can't I can'tget vested in this song. It's ridiculous! It's defiutely ridiculous! I would have to take out a good portionof my brain that has actual fun, stuff and and factual stuff like knowing howto write a letter and probably take that out and then put this song in, andI refuse to do that. Hey that's fine yeah I mean I I mean well et. Let's getinto Ou the memories of this song. I mean I wet on an no, you start off andt n and ill go. But what are some of your memories of this song? Well, thesong comes out, and I heard it on the radio and I'm like what the heck isthat it's not that bad. I mean any song that comes on the radio they justpolluted in your ears till you just like okay, I like it, but I don't knowwhy I like it, but I like it and then you're just stupid. You knowlike like that was the time in my life, it's like listen to. There was alldifferent crap coming out that time. Man there was all different, crap andyou're, just like all right, it's all it's popular andthen you just get into it and then just like and then two weeks after you're,like I'm done with it, it just stay with overplay this song to ofor sure-and I just couldn't take the credibility ofhim where it nothing against people and eye glasses. I wear eyeglasses, but hewas some hardcore guy on the video wearing reading glasses. I justcouldn't take them serious, all right. First off you know we we'll talk about glasses in a secondal right. I so I remember when this...

...came out. I mean yeah, it's your point. It was everywhere the video I'll talk about that and a little bit later, buthe clearly can't dance to save his life. I also remember so I I always how weslike rememberd thes like random events in my life, but I remember a veryparticular bus ride home from school. I think we were in crocket at the timeand you were singing this on the bus, like not like. You know, you're justkind of like messing around with the lrics, but I was like cracking upbecause you were like the way you were singing. It was so damn funnys, which Ishould have known back then that you'd be a star Karaoke singer in the future, but I remember that I don't know that Eis, a very yes wow you're like singingout him thit was the win. It was popular right. It was you know theearly Ns man. Ninety two and I was doing the worm. I know at some pointmiddle school up and down the bus. I remember doing that and that's thedirtiest floor. You could possibly dobus floors. Are the worst place to dothe worm. Owho? Are these bus drivers thatletting these kids just like n't? Do you remember putting a seapoton on the bus? Now I I AV't did they even have? I don't even think they hadsea belts? Oh my nod when we were in school anyway, all right, so we went tothis. We went to we live on one side of town. Okay, we went to the school thatwas like in actual miles felt. Like three towns, you know like I, Bush ridewas thsend a twenty five minutes. I know in Pennsylvania where you live atsometimes that' short. I know there's some long bust rides in Pennsylvania, yeah. We you got the tention in at school and your mom had to come out ofwork for twenty five minute ride. To pick you up, you di You di not get the tentin. You talkedyourself out I'll. Do anything I'll paint, the God damn fucking cafeteria,I'm not going Totetchon yeah I'll paint during the day or something like that.Yeah I had the TENTI. I had to tention one ing in Middle School, and I learnedmy lesson. High School is a different story. I had. I got in trouble a coupletimes there. What you got ta do Noah, but I mean back then I feel like I kindof liked it, but also back then, as you were saying snow, he had those likemetal rim glasses. I had metal rim glasses to back then. So I was like allright. This guyis going to you know, maybe get me some street cred, becausenow it's cool th sudden they were these like metal rim. These like rounds metal, room glasses. No, it did not help me with the ladiesat all. We did you have, if I remember, were they tinted your glances at somenow mine were not now, never got u o P, which would have been the whole notherlevel. Yeah, that's a whole nother level, man yeah. I wasn't. I wasn'tthere, but I might as well have been. I Guess Anyway, I'm not better H. I work glasses. Not to so oh yeah. Imean just wear contaxt now, but I som...

...wearing glasses right now. Actually, informer has been streamed over seventymillion times on spotify and snow has over six hundred eighty thousandmonthly listeners. So it's not necessarily great, I mean mean whatavrhes got more than than I do, but I feel like when you're, when you havea couple, listen to this right, so this songspent seven weeks at number, one on the US billboard, hot one hundred chart, starting in Marc, one thousand nine hundred and ninety three seven weeks. That's pretty crazy man. It was one for seven weeks. It was number one forseven weeks get th get out of here, yeah, Oh my God. What will we think? What was everybody thinking? Well I mean it was. It was a crazy time. Imean well that's little. So here's the rest of the top five right. He wasnumber one of all the songs he took the top spotfrom. It was a whole new world by my boy, Pebe Bryson and Regina Bell fromTe Disneya, Ladin Movie, Nice and here's another thing to you right, likeone thing that people always say is that snows of one hit wondertechnically he's not he actually had. He had two singles hit: The top twentyn one thousand nine hundred and ninety three and in former, was one of themright. That was the the number one hit and then he also had a girl. I've beenhurt which paked at number nineteen and then in two thousand and nineteen snowwas actually featured on their track, Concama with Daddy Yankee and KatyPerry, and that one picked at twenty two in June of two thousand andnineteen, which was crazy. But so he's not he's not a one hit wonder, but therest of the top five at that time, right in former, was one two was awhole new road by people. Ricein Vergina Bell: Three was nothing but a GThang by Dr Dray right song, for was ordinary world by Durans, ran greatsong and five was I'm every woman from the bodyguard sound track by whittenHouston, also a great song. So it w s again diverse a little bit ofeverything, and I was looking over the chart. It was just amazing just anamazing time to be alive. I missed the ninety so much but great songs. All upand down the top Ford, you have rebirth of slick cool like that by digableplanets, wash twenty one didty by Paperboy was twenty three great song.Remember that band shy. They had a couple songs in the topforty and if I'm not mistaken, I o know, maybe I'm thinking all for one there'sa guy from all for one who also had glasses with metal, metal rim, glassesand then healed. The world by Michael Jackson was twenty eight good stuff man, howt Pam Don, was pam down around that time die without you, you're right diewithout. You was forty one on the chart at that time. Well, as was around thattime, but they were on the way down the chart, whereas snow was peeking. Atthat time Gohe I mean the song yeak four minutes long. It's for freaking, long minutes, man, I don't know well, let's, let's get into the rightsome of the rest of thes songs on the...

...album okay yeah. This album not great. There's the song called lonely Mondaymorning boy. It sounds like a white guy from Toronto rapping, with a Jamaicanaccent while like holding his nose like it kind of gives him that kind of likeNasily high pitch. It's it just sounds terrible, but that song it's basicallythe same words as informer like. If you listen to that song, it's like thelyrics he pulls like the same. I also don't know what he's saying half thetime, but there's some verses. I'm like wait, wo, that's from informer theFuckt, what you doing here, Daren in we calling by yer by his regular name, butI don't know what was going on and that's gest when you have the rights tothe song, you just yeah, but you don't do the y just he's like repurposing it.It's like come on man. I don't know, I don't know what was going on there andthat's e and lonely Monday morningis. Actually the third track on the albumwhile informers, the seventh track Ike. This was weird. I don't know I don't know what's going on, but the album man it is. I listen to it.It is just don't just don't listen to it. Girl I've been hurts, not bad. That wasthe other single on there. It's not terrible, and I, when I listene to it,I was like. Oh, I remember that song. I do I remember hearing it. I just didn'tremember it being as high as it was on the on the charts and stuff I feel like.I would have remembered it a bit more, but not so much how dos a white guyfrom Toronto figure out that he's. He can do a good Jamaican Regaso, it's notregae. What is this considered? It's just like a Jamaican accent. Yeah! I don't know I ask one well, maybe he Ithink he knew a lot of I guess. Maybe there was like a neighborhood like likea neigbor woth La like a big Lod, Jamaican population there or somethingyeah just hung out with everybody, and then all of a sudden man that cuy canrhyme so anhe any. I guess he licks people's boom boom down, but so let'sgo to the lyrics which are okay, so he says right. He says licky boom boomdown. I never knew what that meant until I'm, like you know, researchingthe. I think I research aleric forthis like a while ago, maybe a couple yearsago, and I was like what is he talking? What is, I don't even know what he saysin the chorus he says, informer, yeah no say daddy me snow me. I go blame alicky boom boom down like what you were saying before, like w. You have thewords in front of you and I'm like what like like. I don't what do you evensaying here? It's not it's like Dr Suse for, like you know, a song. You knowlike you ever we ran to Zooyou ever read because we just had to. I had toread it and in front of five and six year olds. A couple years ago, okay,Uhhah, I'm sweating. I've got themn sweating reading this saw of this thisthis book it is,...

...then, I started looking up the hardest,Dr Sus books to read and it's up there. Man, like you, got to be an expert, and I was notan expert and five and six year olds, like you, dad can't read that's funny, Isis myself a little bitbut whatever I feel like yeah. This could be like a cross between maybelike Dr Susand, like just mad lives. I feel like he's just like throwing shittogether like who so like what is what is licky boom boom down like you can'tright because of this song. He's, like you know, trying to be tough. You knowin this song he's a tough guy right. You can't say that and then talk aboutstabbing someone. You know you also can't stab someone if you look likesnow first of all, like that's got to be like a law like you can't you don'tgo around wearing like the metal rim, glasses, stabbing people, although Iguess probly, that's what yrol killers look like right. They always hade likethose like metal rim glasses anyway. Well I mean he lived this song a littlebit right. I mean he did yeah Yep and he yeah. So let's, let's get into that.Basically, what happened was he was arrested and charged with two counts ofmurder, from his involvement in a knifefight N, one thousand nine hundredand eighty nine, where he wounds up. You know he wond up going way. Duing alittle bit of time. He waned up. Writing some of the song there. Hewould eventually be acquitted to those charges, as they were reduced toaggrovated Ossault after spending eight months behind bars, so he stabd hestabed someboddy iallegedly stabb somebody. So you can't stab someone and say LickyBoom Boom Down Right, like beg like that's like his like catch phrase, hegot into a bar fight. Man Come on its not atsut Ti Sawa d like do a shot andthen stab somebody and then say: Look you boom boom down, like you can't dothat. Like can you imagine, like other famous people using that ind theirspeeches? Yea likeslike, do you imagine like watching scarface? You knowinstead of scarface saying, say hello to my little friend and then at the endof it he says: Il Lik I bomboom down like he doesn't. He would never do that.Oh heal is t he might say that to you he'll say: okay, frank, I might andthen o look you, I lok your bom bom down, okay and then and then okay andthen you might just know, go face down and like a mountain of coke, even if snow did kill, somebody don'tbelieve him just you know the way he would end his confession. With lickeyboom boom down te Jur'd be like the jor be like no now get out of here get Ati.Also. I would love to read the courtz sinographers transcript from that caselike how many times would you say, licky boom boom down during the trial,I'll bet the over. On that one M, I think I think he kept this mouth closed, probably, but the only words I could decipher from this this song like whenit was released, weras informer and when he says Tornado otherwise, like Igot nothing there's another part in a...

...song where he says where thedestination reaching out of east attention where day whip, downme pants, look up me bottom, and then he goes back into the course like now. I'm I'mnot. I don't fin do mind, I don't mind rap, but rap songs usually talk abouttopics such as like girls, drugs, making it rain at the club. You knowand sane huge jewellery things like that. This song, however, probably isthe only instance where someone wraps about an actual, like anal cavitysearch right like if you watch the video forthat song he's not the best dancer. So maybe that's why Yeu? What's up withthe arm motion like he's, like I don't know, he's gonna he's Gin Ave,rotatorcuff surgery, soon, man, that's how he maybe yeah or maybe o'r. maybehe did have it and that's why he was moving like that. But you can't youcan't have a hip hop song, beat number one on the US, Billbord Houin hundredand not know how to dance but waiwait. How about how about the ladies? Inthere, the booty girls, this video is so early S, it'sridiculous wee. Where do they go to get these girls? I mean the little modelingagency right. Ladies everybody, in probably like people that are like. Oh,I wonder: they're like actresses they're, aspiring gapters is wike. Heywe got it. We got a opening for you, it's in a RAB, video and they're likeAh yes. Finally, I'm going to get my break in a rat video cool. Who is itlike, Dr Drey? You know who is it run, DMC the like? No, it's snow and hey'relike who the funk is snow or whatever it's a rap. Video he's got to be coolright and then they get them an they get to the set and they're like. Whatwho is this Gamoh? No, no! No! They listen. They listen to the song beforend they're like man, oh, that's it yeah he', not bad wet he from Jamaica andthen they and then they get there and like Oh, Hey, what's up daren and he'slike? No, No, you call me snow and it's like what your snow he's like he's like reading poetry, when he talks to him he he definitely reads poetry. When hetalks to girls, Dude H', he's makehe's, writing love letters with like a a feltfit apet itthe feather whatever the fuck. It's called a quill quill, you know totally is with his little Jamaican accent soly.So this song is like a big hit and the guy huge and the guys in prison Yeah Thi mean that's where he that'swhere he wrote most of the song o no, no iaring his time, I know, but he whenhe finally gone out. I mean like so little little tidbit of informationabout him. He was in prison when the song came out, so the song is like a hit. I think theydid the video before he went to prison and they're like okay. We just recordedthis boomboom boom, maybe I'll be on the radio. See U Snow, have a nicesprison term. You know he's like okay,...

Sonlata Min, don't know. Th Ti may talks like that.Okay Ma I'll see you later she letter, sh, later Licko bumom down and then and then it becomes like this big hitin the guys. Like Oh Shit, man, I'm in the freaking in the in the cell, and Idon't get the like d. You know how much how much poot Ang you would have gotduring that time. Ho missed that on that, I'm sure he a'm sure he did allright. I guess I don't know, but then people see him though, and they're likewhat als like a Rick assle effect. Yeah. You hear the voice here, like you, geta pretty clear image as what you think this guy looks like it and you see hiwhen you're like what', it's great toume. So by anyway, kids, you know, never judge your book bytes covered. That's the lesson for I today, but yeah. So apparently, this song isabout looking boom booms, all the way down and Anna cavity searches. So Hey! That'sall I got man. So what do you? What do you think buck? What do you think? Do you think this song from snow? This informer song is alegithite or a song gone wrong? It's almost like taking that Gatora bath atthe end of the Super Bowl. It feels good, and you know you wont, and and bydoing the second interview after Wen in the Super Bowl yeah, it's sticky man,you gotto, Tak, that shit off. You know I got I loved it in the beginning, butafter like two weeks, I was done with it and I really wanted to learnsomewhat of the lyrics and NTV puts it on the BOT. What other song they putthe lyrics, because you can't understand one God, Damn word they puther on the bottom of the screem and then you're like. I still can'tpronounce this shit. So just I'm just. I just want to fist forward this littletime, because what e sonds usually out for two three four months and then youdon't hear them anymore, Ti's kind of I yeah if that yeah yeah, so I mean itmade so many lists of the worst songs in the S, but yo gotta give it a you know a littlebit of a plause for for actually being how many great songs never made one.You Know Oh yeah for sure great, and this one is number one like being youknow, denoted as a hit. You know, and this one is number one: it's like whatunbelievable man, but this will go down as some of the I would say, tat genre. I would say theMiss Heard Lyrics. What would you say? Cherry Cola, Butterfly Cotton Ra, I JoeHash, pipe there's. I always mess up all those lyrics, but this one takestakes the cake. This is the worst freaking song and I give it a big tumbs down. It is aSong Gone Ron to the enth degree, see...

...you later audios, I lik you boomboomdown ill look a bombom down yeah. I I feel I feel like I want to say thisis a legit hit. Just because from like an nostalgia standpoint, you know I ittakes you back to a good place. You know and again I you know whenever Ihear this song a'm I was like. Oh, I was like pete singing. U On the buscoming home from Crockett. That was our middle SCOL. I know thinks makes methink of like a happier time. You know not that I'm not happy now, but youknow just being a kid. You know it was fun and the music during that time wasjust ridiculous and kind of all over to place, and it was just it was just afun music scene, you know, and but when you like, get into it likewhat you were saying like this song was number one like. I would not be opposedto this song, making the billboard hot one hundred. I don't know if I wouldput this in the top forty to kind of denote it as a hit, though, andwhenever I make I have my I have my s mix. I have I make a lot of s mixes andif it' justcome, like your General Nineis Mixd, this song should be on,there doesn't make it a good song or doesn't make it a hit. I feel likeNostalgia Wise, I say yeah it's a hit, but I feel like when you actually thinkabout it's like no this long. This is a song gone wrong. Maybe I like Thi Songfrom like a ironic from like an ironic standpoint. Maybe you know, becauseit's just kind of like so weird and random, and it's like what and then Ilike it because of that. But again it's not it's not a legit hit, so I'm goingto say informer by snow as the song gone wrong. I still kind of like it,but I just don't there's no way this song should have been number one. Thatis insane, especially when you look at the songs on that chart. You knowthere's so many good songs on there rhythm is a dancer by snap was at flat. You know, Mr Wendell, by arrested developmentright zone was number eight. I will always love you, but Wenn Houston wasseven, but she was you know. I think, on the way down at that point, which isfine sh, that song was like number one for like nineteen years. What I say ordinary world by Zeranzaran was for bed of roses by Bon. Jovi was ten, hey it paked at ten. That's agood song, that' SH ID! I would take that over. I poted I try to put my hat in the ringwith with bond joby. I just I can't sing them. I Ri try in my head, jersyrepresent, I know in your head and my head. I think I sound like him, but Idon't I fels, I fellt sure he's he's tricky, though that's a good song, though hip hop Haray by Nauty by nature. Thatwas twelve on the charts at peaked at number, eight, seven by Prince and anew power generation. I love that song that piked at number seven and at thetime was thirteen two princes by the spin doctors was sixteen. That's whereit peaked. I love. I was there's like pretty much all of these songs. I wouldprefer over cats in their cradle by...

...ugly kid, Jo Peak, that twenty five Ilove ugly kid. Jo, that's a song. We got to do man, we got to do everythingabout you. I hate everything by that's such a good song or is the SOE goingwrong? Who knows you never know we Gott know what boxs going to say. We neverknow rhythm is a dancer right that picked at five rump Shaker was on there, man there's so many I die without youright from pm down. That was forty one, but that peaked up number three, somany good songs on here and now yeah and then there's snownumber one. You know it's funny, you graduate high school and they have a a year book and the eayearbook theywrite the year or what happened and everybody in that year. Everybody's gotsnow in their year book crazy. What h? What do you have in yourHigh School Yoar Book? What was the Big One? Well I mean our promp song was thetitanic song. An we talked about that yeah. That was a big trash. Buti gotnothing more about this now and it's twelve inches of snow twelve inches.I'm sure he's exaggerating about that too. All Right! Well, let's so we agree onthis one which is nice. We we both think it's a song gone wrong, but let'see, what the fans have to say about it just to just around the DOC, because welike to hear what they have to say all right, so the fans are spoken. Sixty percent said that informer by snow is a songgone wrong, so we al we all agree which is which is which is good. I like that, but we got some feedback to Jid, Shaf or ADG streets. A Jed said Skilo hadmore credibility than this clown and his one hit was complaining about howshort he was so again. Jed I feel like hits a nail in the head here. Erico atEric Oterio says a novelty hip. No one purposely puts that song on now, atleast that I know Erico. I do so, but again it's fun. You know it's justa fun crazy.
